Each cabana rental includes seating for up to 6 guests.  Additional people can join your group by either purchasing the day admission, a membership, or a tube package.  We offer discounted admission rates for groups of 15 or more adults (ages 12+).   

INDIVIDUAL WHO BOOKED is responsible for their included guests. PLEASE ALL ARRIVE TOGETHER if possible. 

You do not have to reserve your cabana in advance, but we strongly encourage it.  

Smoker style BBQ grills.  Charcoal, lighter-fluid, and lighter/matches are available for purchase. $28 for complete set up.  It can be added to your reservation.

Yes, you are welcome to bring in coolers for your drinks and food. We charge a fee of $20 per cooler (includes cooler bags/backpacks). This fee is included in a cabana rental. Coolers have a maximum capacity of 70qts. (70qts is quite large, if you are unsure of your coolers size, it likely falls under this limit). Please read our rules here to make sure your coolers and their contents meet river guidelines, if you take it on your float. 

The Float In’s cancelation policy is as follows and is subject to change:

• Within 24 hours of making the original booking: 100% refund or credit
• 7 + days before the reservation date: 50% refund or credit
• Less than 7 days notice before the reservation date: No refund or credit

A cooler or food bag is any item used to keep cool or bring in outside food and drinks. Hard side coolers, soft shell backpack coolers, food bags for picnics/grilling, etc. All Bags will be checked upon arrival for glass and styrofoam.  Please have any items in reusable containers if you are floating with your cooler.  The City of New Braunfels has strict policies in place regarding disposables items and trash.  Before taking your cooler into the river you MUST remove any and all disposable items; including ziplock baggies, cans, and trash.
