Who We Are This isn’t just another exercise class—it’s your morning access pass to one of the most iconic and peaceful riverfront properties in Texas. From 8–10 AM, you’re invited to show up exactly as you are and start your day in rhythm with the river. Take a movement class at 8:30am… or don’t. Grab a coffee or smoothie and journal by the water. Go for a soul-cleansing ionic RIVER plunge (70-72 degrees year-round) Or settle into a quiet corner of The Upper Deck and turn it into your outdoor office.
